Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProposalAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3. API Usage (BYOK)

Our service allows you to input your own OpenAI API key (Bring Your Own Key). By providing this key, you authorize us to transmit it securely to OpenAI to generate content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred on your OpenAI account as a result of using the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The proposals generated by the Service using your inputs are your property. You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the generated PDFs for your business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProposalAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
